As soon as My friend and I stepped into the hotel on Sept 9th the front desk person Dominique greeted us with the most amazing smile and went above and beyond to accommodate us and help us with our needs. That being WE NEEDED COFFEE!!! that might seem a simple task but what he did for us was and will always stay in our minds. Talk about customer service. I am in management and will always use this experience as an example to my 90 employees. We were there for a seminar on Inspiring Champions, he inspired me and my friend we talked about the whole three days while we were their. Way to go Dominique and when I asked him about his position at the hotel he said; I love people and my job this is why I do it!!!
